The All-American Rejects Enter The Studio
The All-American Rejects have been teasing a new album since 2014. More than two years after they released Kids In The Street, Nick Wheeler said that they planned to record a spontaneous, quick album. Nine months later, Tyson Ritter and Mike Kennerty publicly tweeted about starting the songwriting process. Last fall we got a new song called “There’s A Place,” but the new album is still M.I.A.
Now, it looks like The All-American Rejects are finally in the studio!
Tyson and Nick hinted at a few music-related details in the last two months:
Just sent @nickolaswheeler a song. ??

@Chris__Davidson – so long as you never relate time to creativity. Deal? We are working on something much bigger than a record. Patience.

That being said, I'm pretty stoked to drop some hooks on these tracks @TEENWOLFREMIX sent me. Thanks Twitter for the connectivity.

We are recording in The Carpenters studio room where there's a crystal said to hold Karen's spirit. @gerardway

Considering how drawn out the process has been so far, there’s no telling how long the band will be in the studio. With any luck, the new All-American Rejects album could be ready later this year. Otherwise, it’s a safe bet to expect it in 2017. Stay up-to-date on all their album updates here. Keep checking back here for all the latest music news.
